某小型增压发动机不同燃料燃烧特性和性能研究

摘  要:采用小排量增压汽油发动机作为原始机型,通过标定软件调整相同燃烧控制边界条件,研究不同燃料的燃烧性能。试验结果表明:乙醇汽油提高了缸内燃油的燃烧速度,相同点火角、低中负荷下,E22相对于E0和E100燃料,50%燃烧重心更加接近最佳角度;低转速低负荷下,添加乙醇燃料,着火延迟期缩短约1°CA,高转速由于气体湍动能大,3种燃料没有较大差异。一定比例的乙醇添加到车用汽油中,有利于增加火焰的传播速度,提高燃烧速率,同时提升发动机的输出转矩和功率;所有转速下,在1.0 MPa BMEP的工况负荷下,不同参比的乙醇燃料燃烧持续期没有较明显的差异。随着乙醇燃料参比的增加,缸内燃烧压力升高率增加0.02~0.05 MPa/°CA,同时最大爆发压力也随着增加0.2~0.5 MPa,负荷越高,最大爆发压力增加也越明显。在不进行任何调整的情况下,燃用高参比的乙醇汽油,可能导致发动机振动加剧,车内噪声较高,影响驾驶舒适性,甚至损坏发动机。In this paper,based on original turbocharged direct injection gasoline engine with the same calibration data,combustion characteristics and performance are studied for different fuel blends.The test results show Ethanol gasoline improves the combustion speed of the fuel in the cylinder.At the same ignition angle,at low and medium load,the 50%combustion center of E22 is closer to the optimal angle than that of E0 and E100.At low speed and low load,when ethanol is added in gasoline,the ignition delay period is shortened by about 1degree crankshaft angle.At high speed,due to the large turbulent kinetic energy in cylinder,there is no significant difference among the three fuels.Adding different proportion of ethanol fuel to vehicle gasoline is conducive to improving fuel combustion speed and engine performance;the combustion duration of ethanol fuel and gasoline fuel is similar under medium load.Pressure rise rate increased by about 0.2-0.5 bar/crankshaft angle.The maximum pressure increases by about 2-5 bar.It is not suitable for gasoline engine to use high proportion ethanol gasoline without any adjustment.
