摘 要:通过双峰进气凸轮实现内部废气再循环,提出一种利用增压器匹配优化缓解因IEGR引起的进气充量降低的方法。对某非道路柴油机,采用数值模拟与试验验证的方法,研究探索了IEGR技术方案中进气侧凸轮轴第一次开启包角及凸轮最大预升程相互关系对油耗及EGR率的贡献影响程度,以及排气开启角位置和最大预升程角位置对油耗及EGR率的影响趋势。IEGR凸轮轴方案与增压器匹配的结果表明,使用IEGR凸轮轴后,因减小的排气质量流量,为实现排放及油耗目标,原始涡轮大小必须减小到80%~90%。The internal exhaust gas recirculation is realized by the bimodal intake cam,and a method of reducing the intake charge reduction caused by IEGR by Turbocharger matching optimization is proposed.In this paper,the contribution of the relationship between the first opening angle of intake side camshaft and the maximum pre-lift of cam on fuel consumption and EGR rate in a certain off-road diesel engine is studied by means of numerical simulation and experimental verification,and the influence trend of the position of exhaust opening angle and maximum pre-lift angle on fuel consumption and EGR rate is explored.The matching results of IEGR camshaft scheme with turbocharger show that,in order to achieve the emission and fuel consumption goals due to the reduced exhaust mass flow after using IEGR camshaft,the original turbine size must be reduced to 80% ~ 90%.
