摘 要:从带传动及影响带传动的关键因素出发,引入了影响前端附件轮系动态性能指标的关键技术--曲轴解耦器与液压张紧器,阐述了两者的结构及工作原理,并对国内外所展开的设计与研究作了相应介绍,总结了我国在柴油发动机前端轮系方面的成果,对未来的应用前景作了展望。Based on the belt drive system and the key factors affecting on it,the key technologies that affect the dynamic performance of the front end accessory belt drive system are introduced,such as crankshaft decoupler pulley and hydraulic tensioner.The structure and working principle of the crankshaft decoupler pulley and the hydraulic tensioner is introduced.And the design and research methods of them in China and abroad are described.At last,the achievements of diesel engine front-end gear system in China are summarized,and the future application prospect is predicted.
