摘　　要：1924年上海《民国日报》的改组源于孙中山"联俄"政策。该政策形成过程中,共产国际和苏俄要求国民党重视宣传并改组党。随着国民党的改组,一些"党人"所办的私营报纸被改组为国民党机关报,上海《民国日报》是改组首选对象。该报的改组以组建国共合作性质的编委会等为重点。第一次国共合作之初国共关系总体密切,《民国日报》的改组成效明显,在中国新闻传播史、中共党史和国民党史上都具有一定的正面价值和影响。"弹劾共产党案"发生后,中共中央试图重组《民国日报》编委会未果,这对该报后续发展产生了较大负面影响。在经历了短暂的国共共管、左右派共治后,该报被国民党右派完全控制,反共色彩鲜明。《民国日报》的改组过程体现了国民党、中共及苏俄等多种政治主体之间关系的复杂性和多变性。The reorganization of Shanghai’s Republican Daily News in 1924 originated from Sun Yat-sen’s Alliance with Russia policy.During the formation of this policy,the Communist International and Soviet Russia required the Kuomintang(KMT)to prioritize propaganda and reorganize the party.With the reorganization,some private newspapers run by"party members"were also reorganized into KMT official newspapers.Reorganizing the Republican Daily News was made a priority,which focused on the establishment of an editorial board that represented the KMT-Communist Party cooperation.The relationship between the KMT and the Communist Party was generally close at the beginning of the first cooperation.The reorganization had achieved remarkable results,which had positive influence in the history of Chinese news communication,the Communist Party of China and the Kuomintang.After the Communist Party Impeachment case,the Communist Party’s Central Committee tried to reorganize the editorial board of the Republican Daily News,which failed,and had a greater negative impact on the subsequent development of the newspaper.After a brief period of co-management by the two parties and co-governance between left and right,the newspaper was completely controlled by rightists from the KMT,and took a strong anti-communist stance.The reorganization process of the newspaper reflected the complexity and variability of the relationships among the two parties and Soviet Union.
