摘  要:通过安全阀排放反力的计算公式,分析了安全阀排放反力的组成,得出波动载荷是排放反力的重要影响因素。针对安全阀长距离排放尾管,引入水锤理论,推导出管道波动载荷自平衡的条件,计算不同介质可以不考虑波动载荷的最大尾管长度,并依据此原则,给出安全阀后管道限位支架设计规则。With the formula for calculating exhaust reaction force from safety valve,the composition of the force was analyzed.It was concluded that the fluctuating load is the important factor to the reaction force.For long exhaust pipe connected to safety valve,by using water hammer theory,the self-balance condition for fluctuating load acted on piping was derived,with which the maximum exhaust pipe can be calculated for different mediums and without account for fluctuating load.Based on the results from this method,the design principle of the limiting support at the rear of safety valve was presented.
