摘 要:高温压电陶瓷材料在新能源、油井钻探、航空航天、汽车工业以及国防等领域具有十分迫切的应用需求,目前,对高温压电材料的研究也越来越受重视。本文介绍了引起压电陶瓷材料居里温度升高的物理机制,并从晶体结构特征、高温压电性能、研究进展及应用方面对常见压电陶瓷进行介绍。此外,详细总结了各类钙钛矿型高温压电陶瓷的性能及进展,在此基础上提出了高温压电陶瓷今后的研究发展方向。High-temperature piezoelectric ceramic materials are very urgently demanded for applications in the fields of new energies,oil well drilling,aerospace,automobile industry and national defense.At present,more and more attention has been paid to the search for high temperature piezoelectric materials.Physical mechanisms to raise the Curie temperature of piezoelectr ic ceramics are discussed in this paper.Meanwhile,commonly available piezoelectric ceramics will be intro duced,covering crystal structure,high temperature piezoelectric properties,research progress and applications.In addition,the performance and progress of various perovskite-type high-temperature piezoelectric ceramics are summarized in detail,while their future development directions are accordingly proposed.
