摘 要:[目的/意义]从科学技术研究内容出发,探讨基础研究与技术创新两方的协同方向与协同特征,为领域基础研究与技术创新未来协同发展策略提供参考。[方法/过程]首先,调查领域研究发展体系,构建领域中间分类轴以联结基础研究与技术创新内容。其次,通过文献内容聚类挖掘基础研究方向与技术创新方向,以定量评价方法将基础研究方向与技术创新方向判定为热点方向、快速发展、缓慢发展3种发展状态。最后,基于发展状态,总结基础研究与技术创新的协同特征,并应用于新型电子元器件领域实证分析。[结果/结论]实现了内容挖掘及定量评价相结合研究方法下的新型电子元器件领域基础研究与技术创新协同方向分析,在更细粒度研究方向层面清晰地展示基础研究与技术创新之间可能的协同状态,并基于其协同特征为该领域协同方向发展给出了具体的指导意义。[Purpose/significance]Starting from the content of science and technology research,this paper discusses the collaborative direction and characteristics of basic research and technological innovation,and provides reference for the future collaborative development strategy of basic research and technological innovation.[Method/process]Firstly,investigating the research and development system of the field,and the intermediate classification axis of the field is constructed to connect the basic research and technological innovation.Then,the basic research direction and technological innovation direction are mined through literature content clustering,and the basic research direction and technological innovation direction are determined as three development states:hot direction,rapid development direction and slow development direction by quantitative evaluation method.Finally,based on the development status,the collaborative characteristics of basic research and technological innovation are summarized and applied to the empirical analysis of new electronic components.[Result/conclusion]The collaborative direction analysis of basic research and technological innovation in the field of new electronic components is realized by combining content mining with quantitative evaluation.The connection picture between basic research and technological innovation is clearly displayed at the level of more fine-grained research direction.The collaborative characteristics of both sides of basic research and technological innovation provide specific guidance for the development of collaborative direction in this field.
