平衡针疗法治疗偏头痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察平衡针疗法治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2005年6月至2016年6月于中国人民解放军总医院第七医学中心治疗的900例偏头痛患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式分为常规针灸组(294例)和平衡针组(606例)。2组均连续治疗2周(3次/周),比较2组临床疗效,记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。随访半年,记录随访期间复发情况。结果治疗后,平衡针组临床有效率高于常规针刺组[99.8%(605/606)比77.2%(227/294)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=145.07,P<0.01)。治疗期间2组均无不良反应发生。平衡针组显效患者随访期间复发率与常规针灸组比较[0.5%(3/605)比2.2%(5/227)],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论平衡针疗法可有效治疗偏头痛,且安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the balancing acupuncture therapy on the treatment of migraine.Methods From June 2005 to June 2016,clinical data of 900 patients with migraine admitted to the Seventh Medical Center,Chinese PLA General Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to treatment methods,patients were divided into the conventional acupuncture group(294 cases)and the balancing acupuncture group(606 cases).Both groups were treated for 2 weeks consecutively(3 times/week).The clinical effect was compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded during treatment.All patients were followed-up for half a year,and the recurrence was recorded during follow-up period.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of balancing acupuncture group was higher than that of conventional acupuncture group[99.8%(605/606)vs 77.2%(227/294)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=145.07,P<0.01).There was no adverse reaction in both groups during treatment.During follow-up period,there was no significant difference in recurrence rate of markedly effective patients between the two groups[0.5%(3/605)vs2.2%(5/227)](P>0.05).Conclusion The balancing acupuncture therapy is effective in the treatment of migraine with good safety.
