摘　　要：血栓弹力图能客观地反映全血的整个凝血过程,综合评估凝血因子活性、纤维蛋白原水平、血小板功能及纤维蛋白溶解,且不受肝素类物质的影响,是一种快速、全面、样本量少的凝血试验。可以让临床医师更快地获得凝血试验的结果,有目的地针对凝血过程中不同阶段的异常做及时的处理,在指导新生儿围术期输血,监测新生儿围产期缺氧/窒息、血管性血友病、败血症等引起的凝血功能障碍中具有较广泛的应用前景。Thrombetastography can objectively reflect the entire coagulation process of the whole blood. It can comprehensively evaluate coagulation factor activity,fibrinogen level,platelet function and fibrinolysis,and is not affected by heparin substances. It is a fast,comprehensive,and small sample coagulation test. It can enable clinicians to obtain the results of coagulation test faster,purposefully deal with the abnormalities in different stages of the coagulation process in time,and has a great application prospect in guiding neonatal perioperative blood transfusion,monitoring neonatal coagulation dysfunction caused by perinatal hypoxia/asphyxia,von Willebrand disease,sepsis and so on.
