摘　　要：目的探讨2004-2019年锦州市梅毒报告病例基本特征及变化趋势,为疫情防控提供理论依据。方法传染病数据来自"中国疾病预防控制信息系统-传染病监测"系统,人口学资料来源于锦州市统计局统计年鉴。对梅毒病例进行描述性流行病学分析,组间比较采用χ^(2)检验,组间变化趋势采用线性趋势χ^(2)检验。结果 2004-2019年锦州市梅毒年均发病率为11.91/10万,年均增长16.53%;农村地区报告病例数增长迅速,由2004年的59例(0.80%)增长至2019年的632例(8.53%);发病年龄主要分布在20~<55岁,占全部病例的72.27%;职业分布以家务及待业和农民为主,分别占26.55%和22.04%。结论锦州市梅毒发病率总体呈逐年上升趋势,需采取有针对性的措施进一步控制梅毒的流行。Objective To explored the basic characteristics and changing trends of reported cases of syphilis in Jinzhou from2004 to 2019,and provide a theoretical basis for epidemic prevention and control.Methods Infectious disease data were collected from " China Disease Prevention and Control Information System-Infectious Disease Surveillance",and demographic data were collected from the Statistical Yearbook of Jinzhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics.Descriptive epidemiological analysis was performed on syphilis cases,the comparison between groups was performed by Chi-square test,and the trend between groups was tested by linear trend Chi-square test.Results The average annual incidence of syphilis in Jinzhou from 2004 to 2019 was 11.91/100 000 with an average annual increase of 16.53%.The number of reported cases in rural areas increased rapidly,from 59 cases(0.80%)in 2004 to 632 cases(8.53%)in 2019.The age of onset was mainly distributed between 20-<55 years old,accounting for 72.27%of all cases.The occupational distribution was dominated by housework,unemployed and farmers,accounting for 26.55% and 22.04% respectively.Conclusions The incidence of syphilis in Jinzhou is increasing year by year.It is necessary to take targeted measures to further control the prevalence of syphilis.
