摘　　要：整理了62家氯碱企业的安全环保调查数据,统计了盐酸生产工序安全环保设备及其来源,并据此分析汇总了目前国内氯碱行业盐酸生产、包装及运储系统安全环保技术、设备现状,为氯碱企业安全生产及改善企业周边环境提供参考;同时,推动氯碱安全环保技术的进步,保证氯碱生产的安全、稳定运行。Based on the survey data collected from 62 chlor-alkali enterprises in China,the experience in hydrochloric acid production process were summarized,including safety and environmental protection management,safety and environmental protection equipment and their sources.The safety and environmental protection technologies and facilities of hydrochloric acid production system in China’s chlor-alkali industry are analyzed and summarized,in order to provide reference for chlor-alkali production enterprises to work safely and improve their surrounding environment,promote the progress of safety and environmental protection technology of chlor-alkali,ensure the safe and stable operation of chlor-alkali production.
