摘　　要：介绍安全技术说明书和安全标签安全管理的作用。给出一书一签的编写与落实方法。根据5个事故案例,指出一书一签的重要性。并从法律法规角度介绍相关要求。This paper introduces the function of material safety data sheet and security label in safety management.The method of drafting and implementing the material safety data sheet and the security label is given.The importance of the material safety data sheet and that of the security label are pointed out in combination with five accident cases.The relevant legal and regulatory requirements are introduced.
