摘　　要：纪律严明是中国共产党的光荣传统和独特优势,也是朱毛红军开展井冈山斗争的基本遵循。井冈山斗争时期,朱毛红军反复申明纪律要求,经常查处违纪现象,使广大将士时刻绷紧纪律这根弦,这成为朱毛红军在井冈山站稳脚跟、赢得民心的重要保障。朱毛红军实行民主主义和整肃极端民主化并重,使红军广大将士把严格执行纪律的要求内化于心、外化于形,这是朱毛红军屡败强敌、不断发展壮大的重要条件。严明群众纪律,贯彻群众路线,是朱毛红军能始终做到与井冈山群众勠力同心、众志成城的基础支撑。朱毛红军严明纪律的历史经验,对新时代加强党和军队建设具有重要启示。Strict discipline is a glorious tradition and unique advantage of the CPC,and it is also a basic principle that the Zhu-Mao Red Army followed in carrying out the struggle in Jinggangshan.During the struggle in Jinggangshan,the Zhu-Mao Red Army repeatedly declared the requirements for discipline and often investigated and punished violations of discipline,which made the soldiers tighten the string of discipline at all times.This became an important guarantee for the Zhu-Mao Red Army to stand firm in Jinggangshan and win the support of the people.The Zhu-Mao Red Army paid equal attention to democracy and elimination of ultra-democratization,and made its soldiers internalize the requirement of strictly enforcing discipline into their mind and externalize it into their conduct,which was an important condition for its continuous development and growth after repeated defeats against powerful enemies.Strictly enforcing the mass discipline and carrying out the mass line are the basic support for the Red Army to work with the masses of Jinggangshan all the time.The historical experience of the Zhu-Mao Red Army in strengthening discipline is an important inspiration for strengthening the construction of the Party and the army in the new era.
