摘　　要：骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种好发于中老年人群的比较常见的骨代谢性疾病。近年来,由于人口老龄化的程度在不断的加剧,骨质疏松症的预防及治疗得到了人们的重视,已经成为当今社会重要的公共健康问题之一。通过大量研究,人们发现中医药在防治骨质疏松症方面具有独特的优势。在传统中医学中并没有与此病相对应的准确病名,但根据其临床表现和特征可将骨质疏松症归属于"腰痛""骨痹""骨枯""骨痿"等范畴。祖国医学认为,该病的发生与脾、肾两脏关系最为密切。因肾为先天之本,主骨而生髓;脾为后天之本,是气血生化之源,主肌肉,且"脾肾相关"。先天不足或(和)后天失养都可造成本病的发生。病因病机为脾虚不荣、肾虚髓减。治疗上当以益气健脾、补肾益髓为主要的原则。该文将对骨质疏松症的中医学病因病机及治疗方法进行详细的论述,探究中医药防治骨质疏松症的理论基础和临床疗效。希望对该病的进一步研究提供借鉴及参考。Osteoporosis(OP)is a relatively common bone metabolic disease that occurs in the elderly. In recent years,due to the increasing degree of population aging,the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis have received people’s attention,and it has become one of the important public health issues in today’s society. Through extensive research,it has been found that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in preventing and treating osteoporosis. In traditional Chinese medicine,there is no exact disease name corresponding to this disease,but according to its clinical manifestations and characteristics,osteoporosis can be classified into such categories as"back pain""bone paralysis""bone dryness""bone atrophy"and so on. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of the disease is most closely related to the spleen and kidney. Because the kidney is innate,the main bone is the marrow;the spleen is the acquired,the source of Qi and blood biochemistry,the main muscle,and"spleen and kidney related". Congenital deficiency or(and)acquired infertility can cause this disease. The etiology and pathogenesis are spleen deficiency and glory,and kidney deficiency and marrow reduction. Treatment should be based on the main principles of Qi and spleen and kidney and marrow. This article will discuss in detail the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of osteoporosis,and explore the theoretical basis and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Hope to provide reference and reference for further research on the disease.
