基于“脾气散精”理论探讨健脾祛痰法对膏脂转运障碍的调节机制

摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化疾病在我国发病率逐年上升,近年来年轻化趋势显著。文章以《黄帝内经》"脾气散精"理论为指导,聚焦过度的脂质沉积,尤其是血管周围脂肪组织的蓄积是导致动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的因素,探讨"脾气散精"对膏脂转运的调控作用,从血脂、血管内皮及血管周围脂肪细胞的角度分析健脾祛痰法对膏脂转运障碍的调节机制,为中医"从脾论治"动脉粥样硬化性疾病提供科学依据,丰富脾脏象理论。The incidence of atherosclerotic disease in my country has been increasing year by year,and the trend of younger generation has been significant in recent years. In this article,guided by the theory of spleen-Qi transporting the essence to the whole body in Inner Canon of Huangdi,we explored the regulating effect of spleen-Qi transporting the essence to the whole body on the grease transport,and analyzed the regulating mechanism of fortifying spleen and dispelling phlegm method on the grease transport disorder from the perspective of blood lipids,vascular endothelium and perivascular adipose cells. It provides a scientific basis for TCM"treatment from the spleen"atherosclerotic diseases and enriches the theory of spleen images.
