摘　　要：特发性膜性肾病(idiopathic membranous nephropathy,IMN)是一种病因不明的自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制以及临床实验的研究一直是国内外学者研究的重点,同时大量的现代研究显示出了中医药治疗IMN在减少不良反应和提高临床疗效方面的优势。文章结合近年来国内外IMN研究的相关文献,从发病机制、诊断研究、治疗研究、中医药临床研究及动物研究等方面进行综述,为进一步进行中医药治疗IMN研究提供新的思路和科学依据。Idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)is an autoimmune disease with unknown etiology. Its pathogenesis and clinical experiments have been the focus of scholars at home and abroad. At the same time,a large number of modern studies had shown the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in reducing adverse reactions and improving clinical efficacy in the treatment of IMN. Combined with the relevant literature of IMN research at home and abroad in recent years,this paper summarized the pathogenesis,diagnostic research,treatment research,clinical research and animal research of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide new ideas and scientific basis for further research on the treatment of IMN with traditional Chinese medicine.
