摘 要:随着电动汽车数量的增加,充电站数量也大量增加.主变流器为充电站的核心部件,其中的绝缘栅双级晶体管(insulated gate bipolar transistor,简称IGBT)易出现故障,该故障会危及电网安全.提出基于经验小波变换(empirical wavelet transform,简称EWT)的充电站主变流器中的IGBT故障检测方法.建立充电站的Simulink模型,对IGBT的故障进行分析.将不同状态下特征分量的小波能量熵进行对比,结果表明该检测方法能对IGBT故障进行准确检测.With the increase in the number of electric vehicles,the number of charging stations has also increased substantially.The main converter is the core component of the charging station,and the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)in it is prone to failure,which can endanger the safety of the power grid.A method of IGBT fault detection in main converter of charging station based on empirical wavelet transform(EWT)was proposed.The Simulink model of charging station was established to analyze the faults of IGBT.The wavelet energy coefficients of the characteristic components in different states were compared.The results showed that the proposed method could detect IGBT faults accurately.
