摘　　要：MG500/1130-WD型采煤机是煤矿综合机械化采煤的主要设备之一,可以减轻体力劳动、提高安全性,达到高产、高效、低消耗的目的。而调高液压系统是为实现采煤机滚筒的调高而设置的,合理地维护与保养调高液压系统,能延长设备使用寿命,提高采煤机使用效率,从而获得最大的经济效益。MG500/1130-WD shearer is one of the main equipment for comprehensive mechanized coal mining in coal mine.It can reduce manual labor,improve safety,and achieve the purpose of high yield,high efficiency and low consumption.The height adjustment hydraulic system is set to realize the elevating of shearer drum.Reasonable maintenance of the height adjustment hydraulic system can prolong the service life of the equipment,improve the use efficiency of the shearer,so as to obtain the greatest economic benefits.
