摘　　要：针对生瓷带冲孔机在加工产品的过程中存在的冲针寿命问题,运用QC理论方法开展活动。开展现状调查,制定质量提升目标及检测方法,进行原因分析并确定主要因素,针对各主要因素采取相应改进措施。通过效果验证,认为本次QC活动达到了预定目标。In view of problems of punch needle life in process of the punching machine,the QC theoretical method is used to carry out activities for this problem.The current situation investigation was carried out,and the quality improvement goals and detection methods were formulated.The causes were analyzed and the main factors were determined.The corresponding improvement measures were taken according to the main factors.Through the effect verification,it considered that the QC activity reached the predetermined goal.
