摘　　要：以"煤四期卸车作业工艺除尘、撒漏煤治理技术研究及应用"项目为研究课题,对干散货卸车作业工艺除尘及撒漏煤治理技术进行研究。具体以卸车工艺为主线,以煤炭转运过程中起尘和撒漏煤作为目标问题,分别从给料器、皮带机、转接塔、导料槽等部位深入研究每个环节起尘、撒漏煤原因并提出本质解决方案。Taking the project of"Research and Application of Dust Removal and Coal Leakage Treatment Technology in Unloading Operation"as the research topic,the dust removal technology and coal leakage treatment technology of dry bulk cargo unloading operation are studied.Taking the unloading process as the main line and the dust and coal leakage in the process of coal transfer as the target problem,this paper studies the causes of dust and coal leakage in each link from the parts of feeder,belt machine,transfer tower,guide tank and so on,and puts forward the essential solution.
