摘　　要：为解决岩巷机械化水平和掘进效率低的难题,通过岩巷钻爆法快速掘进技术与工艺研究,提出了一种CMZY1-80/12型钻装机,对改钻装机设备进行了介绍,并提出了配套快速掘进方案,对快速掘进工艺展开分析。经实践表明:此研究实现了工作面机械化水平和掘进效率的提升,保证了采掘接替平衡,为岩巷高效掘进创造了条件。Aiming at the production practice of rock roadway drilling and blasting method for solving the problem of mechanization level and low tunneling efficiency,the technical parameters,tunneling scheme and tunneling effect of the CMZY1-80/12 type drilling and assembling machine of main tunneling equipment are introduced in detail,as well as the transformation of the equipment in view of the problems in operation.The practice shows that the mechanization level and tunneling efficiency of working face are improved by using high efficiency loading equipment and optimizing blasting parameters,which ensures the balance of mining and replacement,and creates conditions for high efficiency excavation of rock roadway.
