摘　　要：以工业计算机为控制核心,通过在废烟旋转翻箱机夹臂上安装压力传感器来实现对废烟的称重,利用二维码识别技术对烟箱上的机台编号进行识别,将获取到的信息导入数据库生成报表,并通过无线网远程连接工控机实现在线监测,为后续统计机台消耗、生产管理决策等方面提供详细的数据支撑。Taking the industrial computer as the control core,the waste smoke is weighed by installing pressure sensor on the clip arm of the waste smoke rotary flip box machine,the machine number on the smoke box is identified by using the two-dimensional code recognition technology,the obtained information is imported into the database to generate the report form,and the on-line monitoring is realized through the remote connection of the wireless network to provide detailed data support for the subsequent statistical machine consumption,production management decision and so on.
