摘  要:基于PLC控制技术、环境传感检测技术、视频监控技术、红外感应技术、光纤以太环网技术等,设计了一套风门自动化控制系统,硬件设计为PLC控制器、传感器、视频监控系统等的设计和选型,软件设计主要是风门自动化开闭的流程框图。目前该控制系统已投入使用,可远程完成风门的自动启闭和开合程度控制功能,实现对井下风量的精确调节和控制,具有一定的推广应用价值。Based on PLC control technology,environmental sensing technology,video surveillance technology,infrared sensing technology,optical fiber Ethernet ring technology,this paper designs a set of automatic damper control system based on PLC control technology,environmental sensing detection technology,video monitoring technology,infrared sensing technology,optical fiber Ethernet ring network technology,etc.The hardware is for PLC controllers,sensors,video monitoring systems,etc.The design and selection are carried out,and the flow diagram of the automatic opening and closing of the air door is given on the software.At present,the control system has been put into use,which can remotely complete the automatic opening and closing and opening and closing degree control functions of the air door,and realize the precise adjustment and control of the underground air volume,which has a certain promotion and application value.
