综掘巷道局部通风机故障分析及预防

摘　　要：针对白洞矿5105巷掘进期间FBD型局部通风机经常出现故障,导致巷道通风不足、通风紊乱现象,白洞矿通风区通过技术研究,对5105巷掘进前期局部通风机常见故障进行分析,并采取合理有效的预防措施。通过实际应用效果来看,局部通风机采取故障预防措施后,大大降低了局部通风机故障率,取得了显著应用成效。In view of the frequent failure of FBD type local ventilator during the excavation of 5105 roadway in Baidong Mine,which leads to insufficient ventilation and ventilation disorder.Through technical research,the ventilation area of Baidong Mine analyzes the common faults of local ventilator in the early stage of 5105 roadway excavation,and takes reasonable and effective preventive measures.The practical application results show that the failure rate of local ventilator is greatly reduced and the application effect is remarkable.
