摘　　要：探讨王明月教授治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床经验,王明月认为小儿腺样体肥大病机总属本虚标实,依据其致病特点,采用“健脾补肺祛痰”法,以健脾祛湿、补肺固卫法治疗本虚,以祛痰散结法治疗有形之实邪,最终达到固本祛邪的目的。并介绍其验案1则。To explore Professor WANG Ming-yue’s clinical experience in treating children’s adenoid hypertrophy,it is believed that the pathogenesis of adenoid hypertrophy in children always belongs to deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.According to its pathogenic characteristics,the method of"spleen strengthening,invigorating the lung and dispelling phlegm"is used.The method of strengthening the spleen and removing dampness and the method of invigorating the lung and solid health is used to treat the original deficiency,and the method of dispelling phlegm and dispersing the knot is used to treat the tangible physical evil,so as to achieve t he purpose of consolidating the origin and eliminating evil.The article also introduces one of its clinical test cases.
