仇湘中运用补肝健腰方促进腰椎间盘突出自吸收1例报告

摘　　要：仇湘中认为中药治疗可促进腰椎间盘突出症患者突出组织发生自吸收,从而改善疾病不适症状,提出“肝虚络痹”理论,从虚、瘀、毒辨证论治,运用“补肝健腰方”治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者1例,治疗后患者不适症状消失,预后良好,1年后复查MRI提示原L4/5左后方脱出椎间盘基本上自吸收。结果提示中医药治疗有利于促进腰椎间盘突出自吸收。QIU Xiang-zhong believed that traditional Chinese medicine treatment could promote the self absorption of protrusion tissue in patients with lumbar disc herniation,so as to improve the discomfort symptoms of the disease.He put forward the theory of"Liver Deficiency and Collateral Bi",and treated it according to the syndrome differentiation of deficiency,blood stasis and poison,and using Bugan Jianyao Decoction to treat 1 patients with lumbar disc herniation.After treatment,the patient’s symptoms disappeared and the prognosis was good.MRI examination 1 year later indicated that the original L4/5 left posterior prolapse of the disc was almost absorbed.It is suggested that TCM treatment is beneficial to promote the self-absorption of lumbar disc herniation.
