轻型放顶煤液压支架的研究

摘　　要：研究一种可广泛适用于综放工艺采煤、工作面内地质条件较为简单、实煤开采量和开采年限都有限、井下运输和安装要求重量轻、支护设备投资能力有限的中小型矿井的轻型放顶煤液压支架。阐述了具体的研究思路与方案,本支架现已在圣华煤业3号煤工作面完成支护工作2年,经矿方反映,使用状况良好,可为一些中小型综放工艺采煤的矿井机械化作业提供强力支撑。This paper studies a kind of light top coal caving hydraulic support which can be widely used in medium and small mines with fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology, simple geological conditions in working face,limited real coal mining amount and mining life, light underground transportation and installation requirements, and limited investment capacity of supporting equipment, The support has been used in No.3 coal face of Shenghua Coal Industry Co., Ltd. for 2 years. According to the mine, it is in good condition and can provide strong support for mechanized operation of some small and medium-sized fully mechanized top coal caving mines.
