摘  要:针对某煤炭企业液压支架立柱泄漏、保压效果差的问题,借助ABAQUS仿真计算软件,开展了液压支架密封件失效原因分析与改进工作。结果表明,预紧状态和工作状态时Y形圈主唇口和副唇附近存在应力峰值是导致立柱泄漏、保压效果差的主要原因。通过改进O形弹性体线径尺寸,由Φ3.5 mm提高到Φ6.99 mm,再次仿真计算得出,相较于改进之前,O形弹性体线径的增大,降低了预紧状态和工作状态时Y形圈主唇口和副唇附近的应力峰值,改进效果显著。Aiming at the problems of hydraulic support column leakage and poor pressure holding effect in a coal enterprise, the failure reason analysis and improvement of hydraulic support seals were carried out with the help of ABAQUS simulation software. The results show that the stress peak near the main lip and the auxiliary lip of the Y-ring is the main reason for the column leakage and poor pressure holding effect in the pre-tightening and working conditions. By improving the line diameter of O-shaped elastomer from Φ3.5 mm to Φ6.99 mm, the simulation results show that, compared with the previous improvement, the increase of the line diameter of O-shaped elastomer reduces the stress peak near the main lip and the auxiliary lip of Y-shaped ring in the pre-tightening and working state, and the improvement effect is significant.
