综采工作面中液压支架动态特性的研究

摘　　要：分析了液压支架的特点,建立其数学模型,根据仿真分析可以得到液压支架各部件的移动规律,基于VC++完成了液压支架运动特征可视化界面的设计及程序的编写。依据程序计算结果,可以有效判断移架过程中液压油缸的动作参数,为移架提供理论参考。This paper analyzed the characteristics of hydraulic support, established its mathematical model, obtained the movement laws of the simulation analysis, completed the design of visual interface and program based on VC.According to the procedural calculation results, the action parameters of the hydraulic cylinder can be effectively judged in the process of frame removal, providing theoretical reference for the frame removal, and it is of great significance to improve the removal of the hydraulic bracket.
