优化液压支架系统对移架速度的影响分析

摘　　要：基于压力守恒及流量守恒定律,分析计算了影响液压支架移架速度的因素。以ZY9200/25/45D液压支架为研究对象,设计了一套新的移架液压系统。利用AMEsim仿真软件,对比分析了传统移架液压系统和新设计的移架液压系统横移支架的效果,验证了新系统能有效提高移架速度。Based on the law of pressure conservation and flow conservation, the factors affecting the moving speed of hydraulic support are analyzed and calculated. Taking ZY9200/25/45 D hydraulic support as the research object, a new hydraulic system for moving support was designed. Using the simulation software AMESim, the effect of the traditional hydraulic system and the new hydraulic system is compared and analyzed to verify that the new system can effectively improve the speed of moving support.
