摘  要:东曲矿针对22802工作面在遇构造停产期间发生自燃着火灾害,采用正副巷低洼对火区进行水封后,密闭区成高浓度瓦斯库,通过施工千米钻孔对火区气体连续取样化验,确认火区熄灭。为确保火区启封后高浓度瓦斯安全排放,采用压入式局部风机结合瓦斯实时监控对封闭巷道进行分段锁风排放,成功将巷道高浓度瓦斯控制在1.0%左右安全排放,恢复全负压通风。结果表明,火区信息判断正确且验证了分段锁风方案的可行性,可为火区启封及高浓度瓦斯排放工作提供参考。For the spontaneous combustion and fire disaster during the structural shutdown of the 22802 working surface, after the water sealing of the fire area, the closed area becomes a high concentration gas reservoir,continuously sampling and testing the gas in the fire area, confirming that the fire area goes out.In order to ensure the safety discharge of high concentration gas after the opening of the fire area, the pressurized partial fan combined with real-time monitoring of the closed roadway was adopted, and the high concentration gas of the roadway was successfully controlled at about 1.0%, to restore full negative pressure ventilation.The results show that the fire area information judgment and verify the feasibility of the segmented wind locking scheme can provide reference for fire area opening and high concentration gas emission.
