摘 要:为更好地保障刮板输送机的节能高效运行,基于智能变频控制系统的结构、特点、优势,结合某工作面工程概况,研究了智能变频控制系统在刮板输送机中的应用情况,对比分析了几种变频调速控制方案,通过综合深入分析刮板输送机运行速度以及转载机运行速度,确定刮板输送机以及转载机联动变频控制方案,一方面能很好地满足煤炭运输需要,另一方面较定频控制方案可降低14.70%的能耗。To better guarantee the energy-saving and eff icient operation of the scraper conveyor, Based on the structure, characteristics and advantages of the intelligent frequency conversion control system, combined with the overview of a working surface project, the application of intelligent frequency conversion control system in the scraper conveyor is studied. This paper analyzed several frequency control control schemes. Through comprehensive and thorough analysis of scraper conveyor operation speed, the company, defied scraper conveyor and reprint machine linkage frequency conversion control scheme. On the one hand, it can meet the needs of coal transportation;On the other hand, energy consumption by 14.70% compared with fixed frequency control scheme.
