造纸机恒张力控制系统中西门子PLC控制器的应用

摘　　要：针对造纸机中使用的恒张力控制系统整体方案进行了详细的设计与研究,重点对控制系统中使用的西门子PLC控制器和张力传感器等硬件设施进行了选型与设计,阐述了控制系统的软件工作流程图。将基于西门子PLC控制器的造纸机恒张力控制系统应用到工程实践中,取得了较好的应用效果,显著提升了造纸企业的自动化水平和纸张生产质量。In this paper, the overall scheme of constant tension control system used in paper machine is designed and studied in detail, focusing on the selection and design of Siemens PLC controller and tension sensor hardware facilities used in the control system, and the software flow chart of the control system is described. The paper machine constant tension control system based on Siemens PLC controller is applied to the engineering practice, and good application effect is achieved, which significantly improves the automation level and paper production quality of paper enterprises.
