摘 要:针对煤矿井下环境恶劣而远程视频监测质量低、支架位姿监测准确性差、支架与采煤机易干涉的难题,通过综合应用物联网技术,建立了井下高清视频实时监测系统、液压支架姿态智能监测和防片帮控制系统,实现了对井下综采作业过程的自动化控制。实际应用表明,新的自动化综采技术能够将综采面作业人员数量降低52.8%,为实现井下自动化"无人"综采作业奠定了基础。In view of the difficult problems of poor underground environment, low quality of remote video monitoring,poor accuracy of support position and pose monitoring and easy interference between support and shearer, through the comprehensive application of Internet of things, a high-definition video real-time monitoring system, intelligent attitude monitoring and anti-slice control system of hydraulic support are established. The automatic control of underground fully mechanized mining process is realized. According to the actual application, the new automatic fully mechanized mining technology can reduce the number of fully mechanized face workers by 52.8%, which lays a foundation for.
