摘　　要：针对矿井现有的煤流运输系统矸石与原煤分离过程中存在的问题进行分析,对大块处理车间固定筛进行技术改造研究。通过采用液压系统控制固定筛上覆盖板起落,达到调整煤流通过固定筛方向的目的,确保矿井煤流运输系统正常运行,矿井实现高产高效。In view of the problems in the separation process of gangue and raw coal in the existing coal flow transportation system in the mine,the technical transformation of the fixed screen in the bulk processing workshop was carried out,and the hydraulic system was used to control the rise and fall of the cover plate on the fixed screen to adjust the coal flow.Through the purpose of fixing the direction of the screen,the normal operation of the coal transportation system of the mine is ensured,and the mine achieves high production and efficiency.
