摘　　要：对调车绞车及其电控系统进行了优化,包括增加了电机的功率,增设铁牛起牵引作用,更换原系统的拉紧装置、拉紧小车、改向轮、托绳轮和电气控制装置,克服了原系统运输效率低、设备磨损大、控制系统故障率高的缺点,显著提高了设备的工作效率。The shunting winch and its electric control system are optimized,the power of the motor is increased,the iron bull is added for traction,and the tension device,tension trolley,steering wheel,rope pulley and electric control device of the original system are replaced,which overcomes the shortcomings of the original system,such as low transportation efficiency,large equipment wear and high failure rate of the control system,and significantly improves the work efficiency of the equipment.
