摘  要:巷道掘进过地质构造复杂带时,由于受到围岩破碎、地应力及构造应力复杂等多种不利因素影响,导致巷道围岩控制困难,给巷道掘进及后续使用安全带来明显威胁。因此,根据对1306巷实际情况,提出以缩小巷道掘进断面、注浆加固等为核心的综合施工技术,并进行现场应用。结果表明,采取上述综合施工技术后,巷道顺利掘进通过地质构造复杂带,同时巷道围岩变形得以有效控制,最大变形量仅为10 mm。研究成果可为其他矿井巷道掘进过地质构造复杂带提供借鉴。When the roadway passes through the complex geological structure zone,it is affected by many adverse factors,such as broken surrounding rock,complex in-situ stress and tectonic stress,which makes it difficult to control the surrounding rock of the roadway,and brings obvious threat to the safety of roadway excavation and subsequent use.Therefore,according to the actual situation of 1306 roadway,this paper puts forward the comprehensive construction technology with reducing the roadway driving section and grouting reinforcement as the core,and carries on the field application.The results show that after adopting the above comprehensive construction technology,the roadway smoothly drivage through the complex geological structure zone,and the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway can be effectively controlled,and the maximum deformation is only 10 mm.The research results can provide reference for other mine roadway driving through complex geological structure zone.
