摘 要:为了实现对风门漏风自动监测,提出将风门漏风监测系统应用到风门监测中,并对该监测系统工作原理、结构组成以及现场应用情况进行阐述。应用效果表明:通过监测风门两侧风压对漏风情况进行监测是切实可行的;采用风门漏风监测系统后可实现对风门运行情况实时监测,当出现漏风时该监测系统会发出预警信息,提醒作业人员及时处理。现场应用后,矿井通风系统中主要风门运行情况完好,在一定程度上提升了矿井系统可靠性。In order to realize the automatic monitoring of the air leakage of the air door,this paper puts forward the application of the air leakage monitoring system to the air door monitoring,and expounds the working principle,structure composition and field application of the monitoring system.The results show that it is feasible to monitor the air leakage by monitoring the air pressure on both sides of the damper;The air leakage monitoring system can realize real-time monitoring of the operation of the air door.When air leakage occurs,the monitoring system will send an early warning message to remind the operators to deal with it in time.After field application,the operation of the main air door in the mine ventilation system is in good condition,which improves the reliability of the mine system to a certain extent.
