摘 要:为了全面掌握常兴煤业综采工作面回采巷道及采场上覆岩层的运动规律,针对常兴煤业工作面日常矿压监测手段落后,存在监测精度低、监测参数单一以及传输数据不及时的问题,提出在工作面回采巷道及采面液压支架布置一套基于现场总线和以太环网的巷道围岩及采场顶板动态监测及智能预警系统的方案,并对5211工作面进行工业性应用监测。结果表明:该监测系统能够满足矿山实时监测数据分析及应用的需求,可为后续相邻工作面间留设合理宽度护巷煤柱及确定支护方式等提供理论依据。In order to fully grasp the movement law of the mining roadway and the overlying strata of the Changxing Coal Industry’s fully mechanized coal mining face,the daily mine pressure monitoring methods for the Changxing Coal Industry face are backward,and the monitoring accuracy is low,the monitoring parameters are single,and the transmission For the problem of not timely data,it is proposed to arrange a set of dynamic monitoring and intelligent early warning system for the roadway surrounding rock and stope roof based on fieldbus and Ethernet ring network in the mining roadway and mining face hydraulic support in the working face,and industrialization of 5211 working face Application monitoring.The results show that the monitoring system is sufficient to meet the mine’s needs for real-time monitoring data analysis and application,and provide theoretical basis for subsequent roadway protection coal pillars with reasonable width between adjacent working faces and determination of support methods.
