摘　　要：分析了国产自动断裂生产线的关键设备结构组成和工作流程,介绍了两种裂片方式的控制系统和方法,重点阐述了基于螺旋插补算法的掰断工艺,并对断裂效果进行了分析。经过实际生产应用,国产自动断裂生产线具有一定的先进性和稳定性。This paper analyzes the structure composition and work flow of the key equipment of the domestic automatic fracture production line,introduces the control systems and methods of two kinds of crack modes,focuses on the breaking process based on spiral interpolation algorithm,and analyzes the fracture effect.After actual production and application,the domestic automatic fracture production line has certain advanced nature and stability.
