摘　　要：循环流化床锅炉受热面的磨损问题严重影响了锅炉的安全运行,由于给煤口端部浇注料磨损或脱落导致的受热面磨损问题经常发生,因此,提出了一种可靠的给煤管结构优化方案。经实践表明,优化后给煤管可以有效避免该区域浇注料的磨损脱落,从而保障锅炉的运行安全。The wear of the heating surface of the CFB boiler seriously affects the safe operation of the boiler.Due to the wear or shedding of the coal feed feed terminal,a reliable structural optimization scheme of the coal feed pipe is proposed.Practice shows that the optimized coal feeding pipe can effectively avoid the wear and shedding of the pouring material in this area to ensure the operation safety of the boiler.
