摘　　要：基于对"脑""神"全面深刻的认识,石学敏院士以"脑府"立论创立现代中风病针刺疗法——醒脑开窍针刺法,并针对中风病在多年的临床实践中取得了良效。该文先溯中风病病因病机的历史沿革,后析石氏"脑主神明"论的形成,再论石氏关于"窍闭神匿"病机的发现,最后结合作者自身体会挖掘石氏"醒脑开窍针刺法"之理论内涵。此外,该文还详述醒脑开窍针刺法的腧穴处方及各穴的针刺量学操作规范,并基于祖国医学阐述选穴依据,探讨其处方内涵。同时联系现代研究讨论醒脑开窍针法作用机制,进一步证明了该针法的科学性。Based on the comprehensive and profound understanding of "brain" and "spirit",academician SHI Xuemin has put forward the modern acupuncture treatment method of stroke from the viewpoint of "Naofu"—restoring consciousness and opening orifices acupuncture method which has achieved effective results in many years of clinical treatment.By tracing the historical evolution of the etiology and pathogenesis of stroke, analyzing the formation process of SHI′s theory of "brain governing spirit",discussing SHI′s discovery and summary of the pathogenesis of stroke, and combining with the author′s own experience, this paper aimed to excavate the theoretical connotation of SHI′s restoring consciousness and opening orifices acupuncture method.In addition, the prescription of acupoints and the operating rules were described in detail in this article.Besides, it also elaborated the basis of acupoints selection from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, and discussed the connotation of its prescription.At the same time, by connecting with some relating modern researches and discussing the mechanism of restoring consciousness and opening orifices acupuncture method, it proved the scientific nature of this acupuncture method from the perspective of modern medicine.
