艾灸治疗高脂血症并动脉粥样硬化的研究概况

摘　　要：血脂异常是动脉粥样硬化的病理基础,是导致心血管疾病的重大因素之一,严重危害人类健康。他汀类化学药物的调脂作用疗效确切,但由于存在肝毒性、消化道不适、横纹肌溶解症及神经系统方面症状等不良反应一直备受关注。艾灸疗法作为祖国医学的传统特色外治疗法,具有安全、有效、不良反应小的特点,在治疗高脂血症并动脉粥样硬化中应用逐渐广泛,因此,分析近10年艾灸治疗高脂血症的相关文献,从病因病机、中医辨证分型及生物学机制等方面进行总结,以期揭示艾灸治疗延缓动脉粥样硬化的机制,为艾灸治疗高脂血症并动脉粥样硬化提供参考。Dyslipidemia isthe pathological basis of atherosclerosis(AS) and is one of the most important factors caused cardiovascular disease.It is severely harmful to the health of mankind.Western medicine is effective on regulating lipid.However, hepatotoxicity, digestive tract discomfort, rhabdomyolysis and nervous system symptoms and other adverse reactions have been concerned.As a traditional external treatment of Chinese medicine, moxibustion is safe, effective and has few side effectsand has been used in treating hyperlipidemia and AS.In this review, we summarized the literature analysis in recent ten years from types of moxibustion, the etiology and pathogenesis, the syndrome differentiation and biological mechanismto reveal the mechanism of moxibustion delaying atherosclerosis and explore reference of moxibustion treatment to hyperlipidemia and AS.
