史锁芳运用己亥年运气方临床验案浅析

摘　　要：中医学强调“天人相应”的整体观,天地之间的五运六气条件变化对人体的身体健康亦会产生一定的影响。己亥年(2019年)运气特征为岁土不及,厥阴风木司天,少阳相火在泉,在这种运气条件下该年易发生眩晕头痛、肢体动摇等与肝风过盛相关的疾病以腹痛腹泻腹胀,饮食欠佳,嗳气等与脾土不及相关的疾病。宋代陈无择所创制的三因司天方白术厚朴汤与敷和汤为己亥年运气方。白术厚朴汤治疗疾病的病机是脾土运化不足,导致湿邪困脾。敷和汤治疗疾病的病机是肝风为甚,风火上扰。史锁芳教授将辨天与辨证相结合,于己亥年在临床上使用白术厚朴汤与敷和汤治疗疑难杂病往往能收获较好的临床效果。现列举临床验案3则,进一步阐释运用五运六气理论使用三因司天方的方法,为临床诊疗提供新的思路。Traditional Chinese medicine attaches importance to the concept of holism that human beings are at the junction of heaven and earth.The change of five movements and six climates may affect human’s health.The theory of “five movements and six Qi” in the Jihai Year is connect with the five movements inferior to earth and the six Qi superior to wind.Clinicalsymptoms such as headache,diziness,hyperspasmia,abdominal pain,diarrhea,abdominal distension,anorexia,belching can appear in the Jihai Year. Baizhu Houpo Decoction( 白术厚朴汤) and Fuhe Decoction( 敷和汤)are created by CHEN Wuze and they are uesd in the Jihai Year. Baizhu Houpo Decoction can treat the disease which pathogenesis is deficiency of spleen earth and damp accumulation in the spleen. Fuhe Decoction can treat the disease which pathogenesis is hyperactivity of liver wind and wind fire flaming upward. SHI Suofang combines the theory of ‘five movements and six Qi’with syndrome differentiation,and so Baizhu Houpo Decoction and Fuhe Decoction are effective. Now,three cases are introduced. The method of using prescriptions of theory of five movements and six Qi of CHEN Wuze is explained thoroughly. The theory of‘five movements and six Qi’provides a new way for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
