六神祛腐汤联合头孢地尼治疗急性软组织感染的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨六神祛腐汤联合头孢地尼治疗急性软组织感染的疗效及对C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平影响。方法选取来该院接受治疗的100例急性软组织感染患者,随机分为两组各50例。对照组患者给予头孢地尼,研究组在对照组基础上给予六神祛腐汤,两组患者均持续治疗10 d。对比两组患者的临床疗效、VAS评分、生活质量评分、中医证候积分、TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平变化。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后VAS评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);并且研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后SF-36各项评分显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);并且研究组SF-36各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后红肿、皮温增高、压痛等证候评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);并且研究组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);并且研究组TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用六神祛腐汤联合头孢地尼治疗急性软组织感染具有较好的治疗效果,能够降低CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平,安全性较高,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Liushen Qufu Decoction(六神祛腐汤) combined with ceftini on acute soft tissue infection and its effect on levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute soft tissue infection were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given ceftini,and those in the experimental group were given Liushen Qufu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups continued the treatment for 10 days.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,quality of life score,TCM syndrome score,levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than that before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in the two groups were significantly higher after treatment than that before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,SF-36 scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms such as redness,swelling,increased skin temperature and tenderness after treatment were significantly lower in the two groups than those before treatment(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Liushen Qufu Decoction and ceftini in the treatment of acute soft tissue infection has a good therapeutic effect and can reduce the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α.
