复荣通脉胶囊辅助治疗对糖尿病足患者疼痛症状及溃疡创面愈合情况的影响

摘　　要：目的分析复荣通脉胶囊辅助治疗对糖尿病足(DF)患者疼痛症状及溃疡创面愈合情况的影响。方法选取2017年9月—2019年10月该院收治的DF患者90例,随机数表法分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。两组患者均接受彻底清创、饮食控制、血糖血压控制、营养神经等常规护理,在此基础上,对照组给予负压封闭引流(NPWT)治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服复荣通脉胶囊,均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效,不同时间点患者的疼痛情况和溃疡创面愈合。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为88.89%(40/45),高于对照组的71.11%(32/45)(P<0.05);治疗后第1周、第2周和第4周,观察组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于对照组,创面色泽评分、创周肿势评分和创面微血管密度均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后第2周及第4周,观察组的创面愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的创面完全愈合时间为(23.68±3.41)d,对照组为(34.18±2.53)d,两组患者的创面完全愈合时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复荣通脉胶囊辅助治疗DF患者足溃疡疗效确切,能有效改善DF患者的疼痛症状,提高溃疡创面愈合率,缩短创面愈合时间,促进微血管生成,提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of Furong Tongmai Capsule(复荣通脉胶囊) adjuvant therapy on pain symptoms and ulcer wound healing in patients with diabetic foot(DF).Methods Ninety patients with DF who were admitted to the hospital between September 2017 and October 2019 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into the observation group(n=45) and the control group(n=45) by random number table method.All patients were given routine nursing such as debridement,dietcontrol,blood glucose and blood pressure control and neurotrophic treatment. Based on this,the control group was given negative pressure wound therapy( NPWT),and the observation group orally took Furong Tongmai Capsule on the basis of the control group. All patients were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical effect,pain and ulcer wound healing at different time points were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group( 88. 89%,40/45) was higher than that in the control group( 71. 11%,32/45)( P < 0. 05).The visual analogue scores( VAS) of the observation group at 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those of the control group. The wound color score,swelling around the wound score and microvascular density of the wound were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The wound healing rates in the observation group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The time to complete wound healing in the observation group and the control group was( 23. 68 ± 3. 41) days and( 34. 18 ± 2. 53) days respectively( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Furong Tongmai Capsule is effective on treating foot ulcers in patients with DF. It can effectively relieve the pain symptoms,increase the healing rate of ulcer wounds,shorten the wound healing time,promote microangiogenesis and improve the treatment effects.
