基于文献计量的薏苡仁油研究态势分析

摘　　要：目的通过文献计量分析把握我国薏苡仁油的研究现状与大体趋势,为薏苡仁油的深入研究提供依据。方法以知网、万方数据库为数据来源,收集1985—2018年的薏苡仁油研究文献数据,运用文献计量法及图谱分析法,借助CiteSpace文献计量软件,从年代、基金、研究方向、文献类型、共现热词频、高被引文及研究热点等多个方面进行分析。结果近几年有关薏苡仁油文献研究迅速增长,我国对此给予很大基金支持,但文献质量仍参差不齐;其文献所涉范围广泛,表明薏苡仁油在各个领域均有应用;总体分析薏苡仁油的研究热点,主要集中于薏苡仁油的药理作用(抗肿瘤、阵痛止血、抗炎消肿)、薏苡仁油新型制剂(薏苡仁油微乳、薏苡仁油β-环糊精包合物、薏苡仁油脂质体)的制备和薏苡仁油提取方式。结论近几年我国薏苡仁油研究发展迅速,人力物力资金投入大,其研究正朝着现代化道路快步迈进。Objective Through the literature measurement analysis of coix seed oil research present situation and the general trend,it will provide the basis for the further study of the coix seed oil.Methods Based on CNKI, Wanfang database of data sources,we collected the literature data of coix seed oil between 1985 and 2018,using CiteSpace to perform Bibliometrics and map analysis,analyzing time,fund,research direction,literature type,hot word co-occurrence,high citation,research hot spots and other aspects.Results In recent years,the literature research on coix seed oil increased rapidly,which was supported by large fund in China,but the quality of the literature was still uneven.Coix seed oil has been applied in various fields.The researches on coix seed oil mainly focused on the pharmacological effects of coix seed oil(anti-tumor,analgesic,hemostatic anti-inflammatory and resistance to swelling effects),new preparations of coix seed oil(oil microemulsion,inclusion complex of Coix seed oil with-cyclodextrin,coix seed lipoplast) and preparation of coix seed oil extraction methods.Conclusion The coix seed oil research in China has developed rapidly in recent years with large manpower capital investment and its research is moving toward modernization quickly.
