针灸治疗温病的作用机制探讨

摘　　要：对温病发病机制及针灸研究的相关文献进行分析。结果显示针灸治疗温病的机制主要体现在提高机体免疫力,抑制炎症反应,调控免疫平衡,改变血液流变学,调节神经相关等方面。认为针灸治疗温病通过对人体神经、血液、免疫等系统调节,并不局限于某一系统,呈现出多靶点多通路的作用方式。同时,对免疫系统的调控是针灸治疗温病作用机制的关键。目前针灸治疗温病日益受到重视,且在临床机制的研究也逐渐深入,为临床治疗提供明确的治疗方案与理论依据。This paper analyzed the pathogenesis of epidemic febrile diseases and the related literature on acupuncture and moxibustion.The results show that the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustiontreating epidemic febrile diseases is mainly embodied in improving immunity,inhibiting inflammatory reaction,regulating immune balance,changing hemorheology,regulating nerve correlation,etc.It is believed that acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of epidemic febrile diseases is not limited to a certain system but presents a multi-target and multi-channel mode of action by regulating the nervous,blood and immune systems of the human body.At the same time,the regulation of immune system runs through the whole process of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of epidemic febrile diseases.At present,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of epidemic febrile diseases hasbeen paid more and more attention,and the research on clinical mechanism has also been deepened gradually,providing clear treatment plan and theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
