摘　　要：目的评价金龙固本合剂对支气管哮喘缓解期(痰瘀互结证)患者的临床疗效与安全性。方法将50例支气管哮喘缓解期(痰瘀互结证)患者随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组给予金龙固本合剂连续口服1个月,对照组予舒利迭吸入,观察治疗后及随访1个月、3个月疾病的症状积分、哮喘控制测试表(asthma control test,ACT)评分等指标。结果治疗组总有效率是96%,对照组总有效率是79.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ACT评分,试验组明显升高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,中医症状积分与ACT有较好的相关性。结论金龙固本合剂能显著改善支气管哮喘缓解期患者临床症状,提高ACT评分,减少急性发作次数,临床疗效显著,并且未发现明显临床不良反应。Objective To obsreve the effects and security of Jinlong Guben Mixture(金龙固本合剂)on asthma in remission.Methods 50 cases of patients with asthma in remission syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis)were randomized to the treatment group and control groups.Patients were treated with Jinlong Guben Mixture in the treatment group,for 1 month;Patients were treated with Seretide in control group.Symptom score,asthma control test(ACT)etc were observed.Results The total effective rate was 96%in treatment group and 79.2%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);There was significant difference on asthma control test(ACT)(P<0.05)between the two groups.There were good correlations among syndrome scores and ACT scores.Conclusion Jinlong Guben Mixture can reduce asthma symptoms of in the remission stage,and increase ACT scores,reduce acute attacks,with obvious curative effect.
