新型冠状病毒肺炎中医现代诊疗方案证治分析

摘　　要：目的探究目前新型冠状病毒肺炎中医诊疗方案中对疫病病邪、病机认识,治疫辨证思路,组方用药规律,为今后中医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎提供理论指导。方法检索各省、自治区、直辖市及各地区专家给出的诊疗方案。运用Excel制定“资料提取表”,提取发布地域、临床分期、辨证分型、病邪性质、基本中医处方、中医用药等信息并进行频次统计分析。结果(1)根据各地区诊疗方案,分析提出新型冠状病毒肺炎致病因素和治疗方案与地域具有关联性,北方多寒、燥邪,西北多燥、温邪,南方多湿、热邪。整理各方案后列举出针对不同邪气具体应用方药及频次。(2)新型冠状病毒肺炎各个诊疗方案中病机分析及辨证思路均遵循三焦及卫气营血由表入里、由浅入深的传遍规律,病位多在肺、脾。(3)现代诊疗方案根据不同致病因素分期论治。明确划分出临床观察期、临床治疗期(轻、中、重期)以及恢复期。整理出各分期中针对不同邪气类型应用方药及频次。结论通过分析各地诊疗方案,可以体现病邪和地域特点,充分体现中医药三因制宜、辨证论治理论特点。现代诊疗方案有更为明确的分期划分,且组方用药根据不同时期的临床表现辨证施用。Objective To explore the current diagnosis and treatment of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)in the diagnosis and treatment of epidemic diseases,pathogenesis,treatment of epidemiological syndrome differentiation,and the rules of prescription drugs,to provide theoretical guidance for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Retrieved the diagnosis and treatment plan given by Health and Regulation Commission in various provinces,municipalities,autonomous regions and regional experts.Formulated an Excel“data Extraction Table”to extract and publish information such as geographic location,clinical stage,syndrome differentiation,nature of disease and illness,basic prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,and traditional Chinese medicine and conduct frequency statistical analysis.Results(1)According to the diagnosis and treatment plan of each region,the analysis proposed that the causative factors and treatment plan of the new coronary pneumonia are related to the region,and it is cold and dry in the north,the northwest is dry and warm,the south is humid and hot.After sorting out the various plans,the specific prescriptions and frequencies for different evils were listed.(2)The pathogenesis analysis and syndrome differentiation in each diagnosis and treatment plan of COVID-19 follow the rule of spreading from the surface to the inside,from shallow to deep,and the disease is mostly in the lung and spleen.(3)Modern diagnosis and treatment plan is based on different pathogenic factors in stages.Clearly divide the clinical observation period,clinical treatment period(mild,moderate and severe period)and recovery period.Sort out the prescriptions and frequency of different evils in different stages.Conclusion By analyzing the diagnosis and treatment plans in various places,the disease and the regional characteristics can be reflected,and the three characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and the theoretical characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment can
